Our involvement at Burlingham Avenue represents one of our more recent and thorough renovation projects. The property was significantly extended and the interior had a full and comprehensive overhaul.

The building was taken back to brick and brought right in to the 21st century with the installation of a full underfloor heating system, bespoke handmade oak joinery throughout, a fully-fitted and custom built solid oak kitchen, panoramic bi-folding doors to the rear and two luxorious bathrooms.
